His Surprisingly Tall Stature: “The real height of Thorin is five-foot-two, so actually he’s not really that short. I think most five-foot-two people would be quite offended if they were to be called dwarves.
Kíli was one of the thirteen Dwarves who took part in the quest for Erebor, which was Bilbo Baggins’s great adventure. The brothers were the youngest of Thorin and Company by some 50 years, with Kíli being five years younger than his brother.

9 Tallest: Hugo Weaving (Elrond) 6’2″
It was Elrond’s height that added to the drama of his solemn conversations with Gandalf and Aragorn, and to the comicality involved with his chastising of several hobbits who happened to crash the secret council meeting.

Giant, life-size posters of Bilbo, Gandalf, and their crew (who have names even more ridiculous than Snow White’s dwarves did) sitting at their large dining table have greeted me each day, and one in particular is a stand-out: Kili, the Hot Hobbit.
In a prologue to The Lord Of The Rings, he wrote that Hobbits are between two and four feet tall, the average height being three feet six inches.

Bandobras
Bandobras was noteworthy among Hobbits for his exceptionally large stature, being four feet, five inches tall and able to ride a horse. He was the tallest Hobbit on record until the Ent-draughts taken by Meriadoc Brandybuck and Peregrin Took made them the tallest Hobbits in the history of the Shire.
Ask About Middle Earth
Dwarves are said to average between 4′ and 5′ (122 and 152 cm), and Hobbits are usually between 3′ and 4′ tall (90-120 cm). Average heights for Men and Elves is a bit trickier, since Tolkien had a tendency to equate height with nobility and power.
Originally Answered: How tall is legolas? around the same height as aragorn (198cm, 6′6″), or maybe a little taller or shorter. He is for sure taller than 190cm (6′3″). Book-Legolas is a vague and cryptic character into whom I’ve always thought Tolkien put the least thought compared to other characters.
Kíli says to Tauriel “amrâlimê” […] “amrâl” – means “love”. It used the abstract construction aCCâC as seen in the Tolkien original khuzdul words such as “aglâb”.

She was created for the Hobbit films because the filmmakers thought the story should have more female characters. Since Tauriel is an invention of the filmmakers, she does not appear in any of J.R.R. Tolkien’s books, which he wrote decades before the films were made.
